Professional Knowledge
The programme offers professional knowledge in (1) Building Surveying-planning, design and managing building projects and inspection of new and existing buildings in accordance with relevant building regulations, building management ordinances and industry guidelines or (2) Quantity Surveying - financial planning and management, tendering and contract administration, value assessment and project management for construction projects. Graduates are capable of performing professional duties related to building surveying or quantity surveying.
VTC Graduate Module Exemption
Graduates of Diploma in Foundation Studies (Engineering) articulating to this Higher Diploma programme can apply for exemption for specific modules upon meeting the specified exemption criteria.
