On 10th December, 2025, the Engineering Discipline of the VTC and Changchun Technical University of Automobile jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on engineering talent development.
This partnership aims to cultivate high-caliber engineering professionals with advanced technical skills tailored to the global new energy vehicle industry. Through knowledge sharing, student and faculty exchanges, and the expansion of the Vocational Professionals Admission Scheme (VPAS), the two institutions will drive technological innovation, support industrial growth, and accelerate the integration of education, technology, and talent development.
The MoU addresses the following aspects:
- Exchange of projects and sharing of resources;
- Joint talent development under the VPAS; and
- Exchange of faculty and students along with enhancement of skills
Through this collaboration, the Engineering Discipline of the VTC and Changchun Technical University of Automobile will strengthen their collaboration on VPET. By pooling resources and sharing knowledge, they will provide students with a richer, more comprehensive training experience, empowering them to continually advance their engineering expertise.
